Who we are
LaunchCheck is a pilot service run from London by Alexandra Kurtalija. Paid reviews are sold by OmniLang Technologies Ltd. Contact: founder@trylaunchcheck.com
What we collect
The website address you check and your checklist answers. Checklist answers stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.
Your email address, only if you request a personal review or sign up for updates, plus any notes you choose to add.
Payment details are handled by Stripe when you buy a review. We never see your card number.
Your IP address, briefly, to stop the free checker being overused. These counters expire within 24 hours.
Why we use it
To run the check you asked for.
To deliver the review you paid for (contract).
To send updates, only if you ticked the box to agree (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
To protect the service from abuse (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database) and Stripe (payments) process data on our behalf. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Review requests and email sign-ups are kept until you ask us to delete them, or for up to 2 years after our last contact.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing founder@trylaunchcheck.com or replying to any email from LaunchCheck. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
