See what's stopping customers before launch day.
Built your site yourself? In 30 seconds we'll show you what's broken, what's missing and exactly how to fix it. Plain English. No jargon, no SEO score.
You've looked at your own site so often, you can't see it any more.
That's normal. It's also exactly where first customers get lost.
The button that goes nowhere
A "Book now" or "Shop" link that leads to a missing page. Customers don't tell you. They just leave.
Template text you stopped noticing
"Lorem ipsum", "Your business name", a page still called /blank. Visitors notice straight away.
The legal bits you're not sure about
Privacy policy, cookie banner, returns, company number. The rules are scattered across GOV.UK and the ICO.
Tools that speak a different language
An "SEO score of 62" and 140 warnings, with no idea which three actually matter.
Ten minutes from "is it ready?" to a fix list.
No account, nothing to install. We read your public pages the way a customer would, and ask you about the things a website can't show.

Answer a few questions
While we scan, tick off payments, legal and setup basics. Takes about three minutes.

Why not just use…
There are good options out there. They're just built for someone else, or priced for someone bigger.

Not an SEO tool. A launch check.
We check whether customers can find you, trust you and pay you, and whether you're covered on the basics. Every finding shows where it is and the exact fix. Anything we can't confirm is marked "check by hand", never guessed.

A short checklist, tailored to what you're launching.
What you get for £19.
Not a score. A short, personal plan you can work through in an afternoon.
- I go through your whole site myself, on phone and laptop, and try to buy, book or get in touch like a real customer.
- You get your fixes in order, by email within 48 hours: what's costing you customers first, then what to tidy.
- Every fix says exactly where and how, written for your website builder, not for developers.
- I recheck it once you've made the changes, so you launch knowing it's right.
Your review for bloom-bakery.co.uk
Hi Sam, here's what I'd fix before you launch, in order.
What we can't see, we tell you.
- We only read public pages. We never log in, fill in forms or place orders.
- Whether payments go through and emails arrive needs a real test by you. Your report tells you exactly which tests to run.
- The legal and setup checklist is guidance for UK businesses, not legal advice. When something matters, we link to the official source.

The free check finds the technical loose ends. The personal review is for when you want someone to go through everything with you and tell you you're ready.
Personal launch review
Not an agency charging hundreds
Reviews are done by me, Alexandra. I'm a London founder running food and fashion businesses, with a background in teaching and law. That's why every fix is explained in plain English, and why I care about getting the legal basics right. (Guidance only, never legal advice.)
Questions
Will you change anything on my website?
No. The check only reads your public pages, like a visitor would. We never log in, fill in forms or place orders.
My site isn't live yet, or it's password-protected. Can I still use it?
The scanner can only see public pages, so it will tell you the site is locked. Unlock it for a few minutes to run the check, or book a review and we'll arrange access.
Which website builders does it work with?
Any public website, including Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress and custom sites. Fixes in the personal review are written for the builder you use.
What's the difference between the free check and the £19 review?
The free check is automatic and finds technical problems in about 30 seconds. The review is me going through everything personally, including what a scanner can't judge (wording, photos, menus, trust), and sending you a written plan in order of priority, plus a recheck.
How quickly do I get my review?
Within 48 hours of paying, by email. If I can't deliver in time, I'll tell you and refund you.
Is this legal advice?
No. It's practical guidance on the UK basics most small businesses need, with links to the official sources (GOV.UK, the ICO). For anything specific to your situation, speak to a qualified adviser.
